• I am not going to give fundas on what to do and how to do. My real purpose to write this book is to save the tedious effort that I had to take while reading for all the references for the questions spending plenty of hours. What I had to do with such difficulty should not be that much difficult to the coming generation. So I finally decided to compile all my notes in the form of this book to make the hunt easier

• What I had tried in this book is that question should not be repeated even if they had come in several examinations in the same form. Moreover, questions are arranged in the order of their importance so as to cover the whole syllabus in a systematic way.
• What I felt that when I started preparing for PG entrance tests my memory was fresh for the subjects of final M.B.B.S. and the subjects of 1 st and 2 nd M.B.B.S. were having very faint memories. But in my opinion subjects of the 1 st and 2 nd M.B.B.S. are really crucial for the entrance tests. So I first decided to compile my notes for the 1 st and 2 nd M.B.B.S. papers in the form of this book.
