The Test

You can enter the test by clicking the 'Test' button in the initial menu the window that immediately follows prompts the user to enter his/her name and the Number of Questions that the user would like to attempt for the test. Number of questions can be selected from the drop-down text box that consists of numbers 20, 100, 200 and 300.
The questions appear randomly from different sections and chapters. The Test session is time bound i.e. the user has only an hour per hundred questions to be attempted.

Once you have made your entries you are supposed to click the 'GO' button. This takes you to the actual test window. The left column displays the current status of the practice session i.e. the Question number of the current question being displayed, the Subject to which the question belongs, in which PGMEE the question has been previously asked, total number of correct and incorrect answers at that instant, number of attempted and unattempted questions and the number of questions left to be attempted.

The right column displays the question and its four options. The top most row displays the text of the question and below it are the four options each with a button to be selected to choose that particular option. As an option is selected immediately a message window pops up displaying whether the option selected is correct or incorrect and the information on the left column is automatically updated. Click OK button on the popup window message, the window disappears. Then click the Next button at the bottom of the test window to move on to the next question.

When all the questions have been viewed (i.e. attempted or unattempted) or when the Exit button is pressed, the Test window automatically closes and "Your Score Card" is displayed that consists of the entire statistics of the Test i.e. the total number of questions viewed, total number of questions attempted and unattempted, total number of correct and incorrect answers given and the percentage of correct and incorrect answers.

Close this window and your Test ends here.
